Agree the key deliverable with Clients
We always make sure that we know what the Client’s key deliverables are for the project and how they contribute to the overall project delivery and Client expectations. We ask questions such as:

  1. What business problem are you trying to solve?

  2. Are these deliverables achievable?

  3. Can they be delivered in the time-frames expected?

  4. What are they based on?

  5. Are the underlying assumptions accurate?

Review the project team makeup
It’s critical to get the right people doing the right tasks, where they can shine. What are their strengths and weaknesses? Are we deploying these to best effect, or could reshuffling responsibilities to the people best suited to them give an immediate jump in performance? What is the best combination of resources to deliver the required Client solution effectively

Always deliver on our promises
