1. Define the project process

a. We spend time explaining to you how we run our projects
b. We define your responsibilities for a successful project
c. We confirm our responsibilities for a successful project

2. Complete Product Backlog

a. We work with you to define the Product Backlog for project
b. Once agreed you sign acceptance of the Product Backlog
c. If / when the product backlog changes it is reagreed and resigned

3. Size and confirm each Sprint backlog

a. Together with the development team you agree the work to be completed in each sprint
b. Once agreed you sign acceptance of the Sprint Backlog
c. Once Sprint starts no changes are made to the Sprint Backlog

4. Regular Meetings

a. Throughout the sprint there are regular meeting to keep you updated of progress
b. Communication is key in order to meet your expectations

5. Sprint reviews

a. At completion of sprint the delivery is compared to the original Sprint Backlog
b. If these match then you sign completion of the Sprint

6. Knowing your needs are going to change

a. We allow for continuous change throughout the project
